1. Product Warranty
We guarantee that all our products are free from defects upon shipping. These products are also covered by the respective manufacturers' warranties.
2. Faulty Products Within Warranty Period
• Within 7 Days of Receipt: If a product is found to be defective within 7 days of receiving it, contact us immediately for return details. We will handle the collection and return. If the manufacturer or its official distributor confirms the product's defect is covered under warranty, we will bear all costs for repair or replacement. If the product is not covered under warranty, return costs will be your responsibility.
• After 7 Days of Receipt: If the product becomes faulty after 7 days of receipt but is still within its warranty period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the manufacturer or its official distributor confirms that the defect falls under warranty, we will cover the costs of returning the repaired or replaced item to you. If the product isn't covered under the warranty, the return costs remain your responsibility.
3. Satisfaction Returns
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it's in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt, our Store Manager will inspect the product. If the return is accepted, Wildman Hunting and Outdoor will apply a 15% restocking and/or handling fee.
